As Group Chief Marketing Officer of Al-Futtaim, he built the Group's marketing function from zero across 200+ businesses in 20 countries, delivering a CRM ecosystem of over 4 million customer records. At PepsiCo, across 14+ years, he led the first-ever Asia Pacific regional Pepsi platform and received four Chairman's Awards for record performance in Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
Mustafa is currently a Strategic Global Lead at PepsiCo and an Advisory Board Member of the CMO Council.
